Church pastors and ministry leaders each August are pressured to fill the slots necessary to operate their ministries. The less known about spiritual gifts, the more pressure there is. This podcast is entertaining yet drives the point that spiritual gifts are the answer. Spiritual Gifts are not a church side hustle; it’s the way churches function; it is the way they are organized. It’s how they’re to be activated to do the work of God in and around the church and out in the world.
